We believe in the integrity of our steel, nylon, and hardware. You have 30 full days from the date of delivery to evaluate your gear. If a tool fails to meet your performance expectations or you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund.
2. Easy 3-Step Return Process
- Initiate Return: Email our team at support@wildrootgear.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Receive Return Label: Within 24 hours, our support team will email you a prepaid return shipping label and packing slip.
- Drop Off Package: Affix the label to your package and hand it to any authorized USPS location.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item arrives at our Ontario, California warehouse and passes standard verification, your refund is automatically processed back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card) within 2–3 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
• Defective or Damaged Gear: We cover 100% of return shipping fees.
• Customer Remorse / Size Exchange: Customer covers standard domestic return postage ($4.95).
• Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fees on all returns.
